President Brie Apple Flatbread

Servings: 4 flatbreads


4 round flatbreads, or naan bread or pita bread of choice
1 wheel President Brie, 500 grams
2 green apples 
4 tbsp fig jam
Balsamic glaze


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice the President brie into thin slices.
  3. Remove the core from the apples and slice into thin half moon slices.
  4. Place the 4 flatbreads on a pizza tray or sheet pan. Spread 1 tbsp of fig jam onto each flatbread, leaving a ¼” border.
  5. Evenly distribute the sliced brie over the flatbreads.
  6. Evenly distribute the sliced apples over the brie cheese on each flatbread.
  7. Bake in the oven for 5 – 10 minutes or until the crust has browned and the brie is bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  9. Slice and serve, enjoy!
