Ingredients
4 round flatbreads, or naan bread or pita bread of choice
1 wheel President Brie, 500 grams
2 green apples
4 tbsp fig jam
Balsamic glaze
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice the President brie into thin slices.
- Remove the core from the apples and slice into thin half moon slices.
- Place the 4 flatbreads on a pizza tray or sheet pan. Spread 1 tbsp of fig jam onto each flatbread, leaving a ¼” border.
- Evenly distribute the sliced brie over the flatbreads.
- Evenly distribute the sliced apples over the brie cheese on each flatbread.
- Bake in the oven for 5 – 10 minutes or until the crust has browned and the brie is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with balsamic glaze.
- Slice and serve, enjoy!
