Charcuterie Board with Black Diamond® Cheese Crisps

Grazing is the name of the game these days. Spend more time watching the game and less time in the kitchen with a simple spread. A little bit of something to suit every taste!

1 package Black Diamond® Natural Slice Medium Cheddar – baked or air fried into crisps
1 cup Black Diamond® gouda – sliced into triangles
1 cup Black Diamond® marble – cut into cubes
250 g Assorted Cured Meats (prosciutto, capicollo, salami)
Olives
Pickles
Grainy Mustard
Nuts
Fruit (grapes, apples or pears)
Compote, chutney or jam
baguette, breadstick, crackers

  1. Arrange Black Diamond® cheddar cheese slices on a baking tray or air fryer basket lined with parchment paper. Make sure that the Black Diamond® cheese slices are not touching.
  2. For oven method bake at 350F for 7-9 minutes. Alternatively, for air fryer cook at 350oF for 5 minutes.
  3. Working carefully place the hot crisps over a rounded food-safe surface like a rolling pin to shape the crisps.
  4. Allow cheese crisps to rest until completely cool, approximately 10 minutes, before enjoy to ensure the desired crispy texture.
  5. Arrange cheese crisps, gouda and marble cheese on a platter or board and then fill in the remaining spaces with your meat and garnishes of your choice.
