Fondue

-1 garlic clove sliced

-1 tablespoon butter

-250 grams of P’tit Quebec old cheddar cheese

-250 grams of P’tit Quebec medium cheese 

-Vegetables or bread for serving

-salt, pepper and rosemary to taste (optional)


In a pan, add 1 sliced garlic and 1 tablespoon of butter. Take the 250 grams of Ptit Quebec medium and old fort cheese and shred it (it should be equal to 2 cups when shredded). Add 2 cup of shredded cheese and approximately 1/3 cup of liquid (it can be apple juice or white wine). Let it melt and serve immediately with bread or veggies. You can add salt, pepper and fresh rosemary if you want.
