Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
4 onions, sliced into thin strips
1 tsp rosemary,
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 baguette
1 cup Cracker Barrel Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese

Steps
- In a medium sized frying pan over medium heat add the butter, thinly sliced onions and 1 tsp rosemary. Stirring often, sauté for 10-15 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown and caramelized.
- While the onions are cooking, preheat oven to 350°F.
- Slice the baguette into approximately 24 slices. Brush each slice with the olive oil. Transfer to a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for about 5-8 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
- Place 1 teaspoon of the caramelized onions onto each bread slice. Evenly distribute the Cracker Barrel Double Cheddar Shredded Cheese on top of the slices of bread.
- Transfer the baking tray back to the oven for about 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Sprinkle rosemary on top of each crostini. Serve and enjoy!
