Tip 8: Always go from mildest to strongest

Arranging your cheese selection from mildest to strongest will always result in a fantastic tasting experience. Similar to wine, if you go for the big, bold flavoured cheeses right out the gate, you won’t be able to taste the more delicate flavours of younger cheeses. 

Try starting with a clean-tasting fresh Mozzarella, then move to a luscious Camembert, building to a nutty Président Don Bernardo Manchego, and finishing off with a strong Société Roquefort.
