Tip 2: Serve the right amount!

For pre-dinner or cocktails: Keep it light, about 30-35g of each type of cheese per person. 

For your after-dinner cheese course: Needs to be a little heartier than your opening act, about 70g of each type of cheese per person. 

For the main course: If your cheese board is the star of your event, plan on 150-200g of cheese per person.
